The following terms and conditions shall apply to all orders of Frotea’s products to our customers. All orders for our products shall be regarded to be an offer by our customers to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms:


It is Frotea’s entire discretion to accept order transactions thru this website/text message. Our receipt of the orders made is thru Confirmation Message. Complete list of Frotea products can be seen through this website. However Frotea products provided through online ordering will be done base on the products availability. The Frotea products pictures provided are for representation only. Actual ordered products may have differences with the pictures existing on this site.

Please note the following information with regards the delivery:
- Free delivery will be applied when Frotea drinks ordered is worth Php 350.00 and above.
- Below Php 350.00 worth of Frotea drinks will be subjected to delivery fee depending on the location.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email/text message once the ordered products have been confirmed. Order confirmation email/text message must contain the costumer’s information along with its order/s, delivery time and the total amount of the product/s ordered. The said email/text message will be an acknowledgement and record of our agreement. Product availability and guest information will be done via phone call or email to offer a reasonable substitute (if needed) and/or confirm information. Ensure correct delivery address, email address and contact number when ordering to avoid any discrepancy or delivery delays. For orders paid using online payment system, confirmation of order is done upon verification of receipt of payment. If another person ordered Products on your behalf and using your account, you agree that such order shall be considered as your own, and shall be subject to these Terms.


If you wish to change or cancel your order, please call 0917-775-2884, details of which will be included in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you upon placing your order. Please note that as promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your order may mean the promotions are no longer available. Change of orders or delivery time can be made no later than 5 minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation Email. Changes to the order may also result to change of delivery time. Orders may be cancelled in full up to 10 Minutes after receipt of the Order Confirmation Email/text message. Refunds for cancellation are processed within 24 HOURS however, may take 1 month to reflect on your credit card statement and account. Cancellations beyond 30 Minutes after receipt of Order Confirmation Email will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.


Frotea aim to provide ordered products as close as possible to the agreed delivery time but we cannot guarantee it at all times. Frotea reserved the right to suspend delivery due to extreme weather conditions or events that will put the safety of our riders at risk. Stop the Clock policy: “Please note that the delivery time will stop as soon as our rider reaches the guard station or the lobby of the building.” This applies to deliveries to offices, hotels, residential buildings and hospitals only.


You may refer on this site to check the price of the Product/s you wish to order. Actual price of every product shall be as reflected on the site. The price for your order shall be deducted from your account at the time your order is placed. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without further notice. You can pay by any of the methods listed in the checkout screen. Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit or debit card, such card is valid on the date of dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage.

We accept the following forms of payment: CASH / GCASH Online Credit Card Payments will be validated before delivery and may be subject to additional online charges. For the protection of both credit card holders and Frotea against fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, we reserve the right not to deliver if no credentials are presented. Some stores may differ in price. Price difference may be charged upon delivery. Upon submission of your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
